EXPULSADO UN AÑO DE CUALQUIER TORNEO ORGANIZADO POR LA

LIGA Y SI REINCIDE LA SUSPENSION SERA INDEFINIDA, DE IGUAL

MANERA APLICARA PARA EL JUGADOR QUE CONTESTE LA AGRESION

DE LA MISMA FORMA, ESTO ES SIN EXCEPCIÓN.”

TODO BASADO AL REPORTE ARBITRAL Y FIRMADO POR LOS DOS

REPRESENTANTES DE LOS EQUIPOS.

CAMPOS DE LAS CAMPANAS Y LAS FINALES SE LLEVARÁN A CABO EL 7

DE OCTUBRE DE 2026.

1 LOS EQUIPOS TIENEN HASTA LA TERCER JORNADA PARA PORTAR UN

UNIFORME IGUAL Y CON NUMERO, DE LO CONTRARIO DEBERAN PAGAR

EL ARBITRAJE DEL EQUIPO RIVAL COMO PENALIZACION.

 LOS HORARIOS SE PUBLICARAN TODOS LOS LUNES A LAS 12-00PM A

MAS TARDAR.

 EL EQUIPO QUE PIERDA POR DEFAULT DOS PARTIDOS QUEDARA

ELIMINADO DEL TORNEO.

 LOS EQUIPOS DEBERAN PAGAR EL ARBITRAJE DURANTE EL MEDIO

TIEMPO.

 PARA QUE EL PARTIDO DE INICIO DEBERAN TENER AL MENOS 5

JUGADORES DENTRO DEL CAMPO.

 EL JUEGO SE COMPONE DE DOS (2) PERIODOS IGUALES DE 23 MINUTOS.

 TODOS LOS JUGADORES DEBEN ESTAR EN SU PROPIA MITAD, EXCEPTO

EL JUGADOR QUE REALIZA EL SAQUE INICIAL.

 LOS DEFENSORES DEBEN ESTAR A UN MÍNIMO (FUERA DEL CÍRCULO

CENTRAL) Y NO SE PUEDE TIRAR DIRECTO A GOL.

 EL BALÓN DEBE ESTAR ESTACIONARIO EN EL CENTRO

 EL ÁRBITRO DA UNA SEÑAL (UN SILBATO O UNA "JUGADA" VERBAL).

 EL BALÓN ESTARÁ EN JUEGO EN EL MOMENTO EN QUE SE GOLPEE CON

EL PIE Y SE DESPLACE CON CLARIDAD. (EL BALÓN YA NO DEBE

AVANZAR).

 UN GOL NO PUEDE PUNTUARSE DIRECTAMENTE DESDE UN SAQUE DE

SALIDA.

 SAQUE DE BANDA DEBERA REALIZARSE CON LA MANO.

 LOS SAQUES DE BANDAS SE DEBEN REALIZAR EN EL PUNTO DONDE EL

BALÓN CRUZÓ LA LÍNEA DE BANDA.

EL BALÓN PUEDE SER JUGADO AL GUARDAMETA, PERO EL

GUARDAMETA NO PUEDE JUGARLO CON LAS MANOS

SAQUE DE META, TAMBIÉN CONOCIDO COMO “TIRAR POR EL PORTERO”

2(SIGUIENDO EL BALÓN CRUZANDO LA LÍNEA DE META TOCADA POR

ÚLTIMA VEZ POR UN ATACANTE).

 EL GUARDAMETA DEBE LANZAR O HACER RODAR EL BALÓN DESDE

DENTRO DEL ÁREA.

 NO PUEDES JUGAR EL BALÓN CON LAS MANOS CUANDO PASASTE

INTENCIONALMENTE DESDE EL PIE DE UN COMPAÑERO DE EQUIPO.

 LOS ADVERSARIOS DEBEN ESTAR A UN MÍNIMO DE 7 PASOS DE TODOS

LOS TIROS LIBRES DIRECTOS, TIROS LIBRES INDIRECTOS, TIROS

PENALES Y SAQUES DE ESQUINA.

FALTAS

TODAS LAS FALTAS DE FÚTBOL SE APLICAN, ADEMÁS, LAS

SIGUIENTES SON TAMBIÉN FALTAS:

- NO ESTAN PERMITIDAS LAS BARRIDAS AL JUGADOR

CONTRARIO NI EXISTEN LOS FUERA DE LUGAR.

- EN LA DIVISION COED LOS HOMBRES SOLAMENTE PODRAN

ANOTAR DOS GOLES POR PARTIDO.

- EN LA DIVISION DE COED TODOS LOS TIROS PENALES

DURANTE EL PARTIDO DEBERAN DE SER COBRADOS POR

MUJERES Y EN ESTA DIVISION NO HAY FALTAS ACUMULADAS.

- EN LA DIVISION DE ADULTOS LAS MANOS SON

CONSIDERADAS COMO FALTAS ACUMULADAS.

 CARGAR SOBRE UN ADVERSARIO (TOPARSE CON UN OPONENTE),

INCLUIDA LA CARGA HOMBRO A HOMBRO. SE PERMITE EL CONTACTO

INEVITABLE HOMBRO A HOMBRO SIEMPRE QUE, EN OPINIÓN DE LOS

ÁRBITROS:

O AMBOS JUGADORES SIMPLEMENTE ESTÁN JUGANDO POR EL

3BALÓN Y EL CONTACTO SE DEBE A ESE HECHO, NO PORQUE UNO

TENGA LA INTENCIÓN DE INICIAR EL CONTACTO CON EL OTRO, Y/O

EL CONTACTO NO SE CONSIDERA DESCUIDADO, IMPRUDENTE,

TEMERARIO O CON USO DE FUERZA EXCESIVA POR PARTE

DE LOS ÁRBITROS.

 DESPUES DE QUE UN EQUIPO HAYA COMETIDO 4 FALTAS, A PARTIR

DE LA 5TA FALTA SE LE OTORGARA UN TIRO LIBRE DE CASTIGO AL

EQUIPO QUE TENGA LA POSESION DE LA PELOTA Y SEGUIRA SIENDO

ASI, HASTA QUE FINALICE LA PRIMERA MITAD.

 SI UN JUGADOR RECIBE TARJETA AMARILLA DEBERA SALIR DE

CAMBIO POR OTRO JUGADOR Y EN CASO DE RECIBIR TARJETA ROJA

DEBERA ABANDONAR EL PARTIDO Y OTRO JUGADOR DEBERA

INGRESAR DESPUES DE TRANSCURRIDOS 5 MINUTOS.

 LAS FALTAS ACUMULADAS SE REINICIAN AL SEGUNDO TIEMPO.

 TODAS LAS SANCIONES POR CAUSA DE EXPULSION SE

DETERMINARÁN DESPUES DE ANALIZAR EL CASO CON LOS

ARBITROS Y LA DECISION SERA TOMADA POR EL PRESIDENTE DEL

CUERPO ARBITRAL Y EL COORDINADOR DE LA LIGA.

4CAMPANAS 7v7 CLAUSURA 2026 RULES

ADULT & COED DIVISIONS

“NEW CONDUCT RULE FOR ADULT TEAMS: Any player who assaults an opposing

player by punching, kicking, or head-butting them will be banned for one year

from any league-organized tournament. A repeat offense will result in an

indefinite suspension. This rule applies equally to any player who retaliates in

kind, without exception.” All rulings will be based on the referee's report, signed

by both team representatives.

PLEASE SHARE THESE RULES WITH YOUR TEAM GROUPS.

 The season begins on Wednesday, July 22, at the Las Campanas fields; the

finals will take place on October 7, 2026.

 Teams have until the third match day to wear matching, numbered

uniforms; otherwise, they must pay the opposing team's referee fees as a

penalty.

 Match schedules will be published no later than 12:00 PM every Monday.

 Any team that forfeits two matches will be eliminated from the

tournament.

 Teams must pay referee fees during halftime.

 A minimum of 5 players must be on the field for the match to start.

 The game consists of two (2) equal periods of 23 minutes. All players must

be in their own half, except for the player taking the kick-off.

 Defenders must maintain a minimum distance (staying outside the center

circle), and a direct shot on goal is not permitted.

 The ball must be stationary at the center.

 The referee gives a signal (a whistle or a verbal "play" command).

5 The ball is in play the moment it is kicked and clearly moves. (The ball does

not have to move forward).

 A goal cannot be scored directly from a kick-off.

 A throw-in must be taken by hand.

 Throw-ins must be taken from the point where the ball crossed the

touchline.

The ball may be played to the goalkeeper, but the goalkeeper cannot handle it.

Goal kick, also known as a "goalkeeper throw" (awarded after the ball crosses the

goal line having last been touched by an attacking player).

 The goalkeeper must throw or roll the ball from within the penalty area.

 The ball cannot be handled if it has been intentionally kicked by a

teammate.

 Opponents must be at least 7 paces away for all direct free kicks, indirect

free kicks, penalty kicks, and corner kicks.

FOULS

All standard soccer fouls apply; in addition, the following are also considered

fouls:

- Sliding tackles on an opposing player are not permitted, and there is no

offside rule.

- In the co-ed division, men may score a maximum of two goals per match.

- In the co-ed division, all penalty kicks during the match must be taken by

women, and there is no accumulated foul rule.

- In the adult division, handballs count as accumulated fouls.

- Charging an opponent (colliding with an opponent), including shoulder-to-

shoulder charging. Unavoidable shoulder-to-shoulder contact is permitted

provided that, in the opinion of the referees:

6o Both players are simply playing for the ball and the contact results from

that action—rather than an intent to initiate contact with the other player—

and/or the contact is not deemed careless, reckless, dangerous, or involving

excessive force by the referees.

- Once a team has committed four fouls, a penalty free kick will be awarded

to the team in possession of the ball for the fifth foul and every subsequent foul

until the end of the first half. If a player receives a yellow card, they must be

substituted by another player; if they receive a red card, they must leave the

match, and another player may enter after 5 minutes have elapsed.

- Accumulated fouls are reset at the start of the second half.

- All sanctions resulting from an ejection will be determined after reviewing

the case with the referees; the final decision will be made by the Head Referee

and the League Coordinator.
